
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received
The product must be in its original packaging
A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Gift cards
Downloadable or digital products
Health and personal care items
Items marked as final sale or discounted
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
Items returned damaged, leaking, or with missing parts not due to our error
Products not returned in original condition
Items returned after 30 days from delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
To request an exchange, please contact us at support@againperfumes.com with your order details and photos (if applicable).
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the value of the return.
If the gift was shipped to the purchaser first, the refund will be issued to the original buyer.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, especially for high-value items. Again Perfumes is not responsible for lost return shipments.
